Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient storage and retrieval of products/materials.
  • •Maintain warehouse storage facilities and manage stocktakes at regular intervals.
  • •Run daily inventory operations and maintain accurate integrated inventory system data.
  • •Follow up on customer concerns, identify errors, and eliminate root causes with countermeasures.
  • •Supervise processing of requisitions through invoices for reimbursements and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain optimum utilization and upkeep of warehouse storage facilities.
  • •Manage stock takes and ensure inventory system data accuracy, standardization, and completeness.

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience with warehouse/storekeeping and inventory control; ERP knowledge (preferably SAP).
