Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and cut specific quantities of product, placing product on conveyors or into formed pockets of film on packaging machines or in tanks.
  • •Sort ends and pieces, #2 product, and all rework or downgraded product.
  • •When running the 11-pound line, perform blow-up leaker and O2 checks and check leaker packages.
  • •Set up and fully operate slicing and dicing and packaging activities, including trimming tar and labeling equipment changes.
  • •Complete paperwork/SAP functions and perform housekeeping duties while following safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.

  • •Ability and willingness to perform physical requirements, including lifting/pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds frequently and standing/walking for up to 10 hours.
