Electrical Foreperson

Lead a solar installation crew of 3–6 members as a working field foreperson. You’ll drive safety, quality, customer service, and productivity across residential and small commercial projects—organizing work, training the crew, managing job flow, and maintaining required documentation and photos. Use knowledge of OSHA and NEC standards, check installer progress regularly, coordinate materials and equipment, and support customer interactions during the construction phase.
