Job Summary

Lead the design, development, deployment, and production support of enterprise data pipelines and integration solutions. Establish ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and delivery standards across warehouses, data lakes, analytics platforms, and reporting databases. Drive batch, streaming, and near-real-time ingestion, data quality controls, governance, lineage, metadata management, and observability. Partner across BI, analytics, application, infrastructure teams and mentor engineers to improve reliability, SLAs, and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise data pipelines and integration solutions.
•Establish standards and best practices for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and delivery across the analytics lifecycle.
•Manage batch, near-real-time, and streaming ingestion processes and coordinate onboarding for new source systems and data providers.
•Define and maintain ETL/ELT and data replication standards, ensuring scalable, secure, high-performing integration architectures.
•Provide production support by managing ServiceNow incidents/requests/problems and coordinating releases, monitoring pipeline health, and improving reliability and recoverability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
•7+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, ETL/ELT development, or data platform operations.
•3+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale data pipeline and integration initiatives.
•Experience supporting production data environments and operational processes.
•Experience managing incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
