Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize and improve processes for converting and refining raw materials into products.
  • •Develop and implement data-driven decision-making tools to optimize the value chain from mining to port delivery.
  • •Analyze operating procedures, process data trends, and equipment unit operation functions to achieve or exceed production plans.
  • •Work closely with processing plant Control Room Operators, operations, and maintenance teams to safely maximize production and quality.
  • •Report accurate operational information to enable informed value chain decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Process Engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, with preference in mineral processing, chemical, or metallurgical fields.
  • •Strong foundation in Process Safety Management, including Management of Change (MoC), Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), and risk assessments.
  • •Leadership experience in a fast-paced, highly technical environment where decisions remove constraints and optimize process performance.
  • •Working understanding of instrumentation and process control systems.
