Clinical Nurse 1 (QA)

Provide safe, effective nursing care to a defined group of patients and families. Deliver assessment, medication administration, immunizations, skin testing, phlebotomy, and peripheral venous access using the nursing process. Ensure quality and compliance with QCHP nursing frameworks, Joint Commission International standards, and plan-of-care policies. Plan, document, and communicate patient care in the electronic medical record, including referrals and emergency procedures when needed.
