•Enable product teams to conduct customer-focused discovery, experiment, and evolve product strategy based on outcomes and feedback loops.
•Own Agile practices across the team/product group/journey, including cross-portfolio impacts, planning, dependency maps, OKRs, and success metrics.
•Coach Agile ways of working and mindset, supporting product management routines and building team expertise through training.
•Implement Agile tactics for product roadmaps, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and collaboration using JIRA, Confluence, Dragonboat, and Mural.
•Own Agile portfolio management, manage governance/audit/evidence, and establish and monitor team/agile metrics for continuous improvement.
