Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Lead ISSO with cybersecurity and RMF program planning, staffing, and maintenance for C-17 Training Systems.
  • •Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and procedures (NIST, DoD, Air Force), including vulnerability and compliance scans.
  • •Monitor and enforce controls in eMASS and support system accreditation under RMF by maintaining authorization documentation (SSPs and POA&Ms).
  • •Provide cybersecurity support for sustainment activities, including upgrades, patching, configuration management, and security posture monitoring.
  • •Respond to system security incidents, assist with audits/risk analyses, and support security awareness training while serving as a site security interface for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of professional cybersecurity experience.
  • •Only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
  • •Must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
  • •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex technical documentation, and prepare/deliver detailed oral and written presentations.
