Key Responsibilities

•Repair damaged automotive upholstery materials including cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery.
•Repair interior components such as center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic, and stitching.
•Perform color matching/dying of cloth and fabric.
•Repair windshield and window damage including stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches.
•Work in an inspection-center environment while meeting production needs, including mandatory overtime when required.

Salary: USD 23.5 - 29.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment as needed, including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
