Banking Collections and Customer Service Associate

Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing banking customers, educating them on account status and working to resolve issues for delinquent accounts. Secure payment and/or payment arrangements while providing empathetic, high-quality customer service. Meet or exceed production goals, maintain positive relationships with the Loan Servicing team, and manage objections through clear communication, problem-solving, and negotiation. Work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for training and onsite support.
