Job Summary

Lead strategic engagement and account leadership for a portfolio of captive clients within Aon Captive and Insurance Managers. Serve as the primary relationship contact, drive consultative captive leadership, and help clients make better decisions on captive performance, risk financing strategy, and long-term value creation. Coordinate internal expertise across domiciles and Aon teams, run annual account planning, review stewardship and performance metrics, and communicate insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic client engagement for a portfolio of captive clients and act as primary relationship lead for senior collaborators.
•Run annual account planning discussions aligned to client priorities, service requirements, and commercial objectives.
•Review stewardship reports, performance data, and service metrics to identify improvement opportunities and additional value creation.
•Orchestrate internal teams across domiciles, Global Capability Centres, and wider Aon businesses to deliver coordinated client outcomes.
•Translate technical, financial, and performance information into clear client narratives and actionable recommendations, and mentor more junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate advisory client leadership by understanding client priorities, challenges, and risk financing aims and serving as a trusted advisor.
•Apply strategic commercial thinking to connect client strategy and opportunities to measurable value for both clients and Aon.
•Coordinate Aon capability across teams and influence effectively without relying on formal authority to align collaborators on shared account objectives.
•Maintain client service ownership by managing delivery risks, stewardship activity, and service quality against commitments and governance requirements.
•Support change toward a more consultative, insight-led client leadership model and mentor more junior colleagues to strengthen leadership capability.
