Manager I, Engineering - Observability Pipelines (OP)

Lead engineering execution for Observability Pipelines (OP), Datadog’s on-premise telemetry pipeline product. Own people management and establish an operating rhythm covering planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and on-call/incident response. Partner with Product to shape the roadmap and balance technical realities with product priorities. Bring a background in distributed systems and data infrastructure, with experience building high-performance or Rust-based data pipeline systems.
