  • •Review and draft vendor agreements, amendments, and related communications; advise stakeholders on plan interpretation and administration.
  • •Prepare and maintain benefit plan documents, filings, governance materials, and Form 5500-related items, coordinating IRS and DOL filings.
  • •Draft plan committee materials (agendas, minutes, resolutions, bylaws, policies, claims and appeals documentation) and support delegations and training.
  • •Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance calendars; prepare recommendations and support responses to governmental audits and inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Minimum five years of relevant experience; ten years preferred.

  • •Experience with employee benefits compliance, including ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, fiduciary governance, Form 5500 filings, and welfare and retirement plans.
