Job Summary

Build AI Agent systems that power TikTok monetization and growth across the advertising lifecycle. You’ll design agent frameworks for task planning, tool use/function calling, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration, and deeply integrate LLM reasoning with RAG and structured output. Create omni-channel personalized marketing agent workflows and enhance growth content, bidding strategy tuning, and delivery efficiency through multimodal models and self-evaluation loops. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Data Science to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build autonomous AI agent frameworks for ads growth and marketing scenarios, including task planning, tool use/function calling, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration.
•Integrate LLM capabilities through prompt engineering and chain-of-thought reasoning pipelines, connecting foundation models with business systems via RAG and structured output.
•Build omni-channel personalized marketing agents using event-driven agent architecture and end-to-end agentic workflows (intent recognition through feedback loops).
•Improve growth content creation and delivery by applying multimodal foundation models, agent self-evaluation, and iterative optimization to enhance creative quality and delivery efficiency.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Data Science to translate AI capabilities into measurable growth outcomes.

Key Requirements

•MS (or above) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
•1+ year of software engineering experience in the internet industry with strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OS, networking).
•Deep understanding of AI agent architectures with hands-on experience in agent frameworks and agent tool/function calling.
•Experience building RAG pipelines (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval strategies) and prompt engineering (CoT, few-shot, ReAct prompting).
•Strong system design skills and excellent teamwork and communication.
