Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technical programs that take GenAI concepts into secure, compliant, scalable production.
  • •Orchestrate development of agentic AI chatbots and intelligent assistants, enabling context-aware multi-agent interactions.
  • •Partner with researchers on pretraining, finetuning, and inference optimization to achieve performance and efficiency at scale.
  • •Establish experimentation, evaluation, and deployment frameworks for GenAI models, tracking milestones, dependencies, and delivery.
  • •Collaborate with risk, security, and compliance teams to identify and mitigate generative AI risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 251,400 - 286,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
  • •7+ years designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
  • •3+ years building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture (preferably AWS).
  • •3+ years delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional teams, owning the business or technical vision, and securing deliverable commitments.
