Job Summary

Support the EMEA sales team by demonstrating the value of a digital asset infrastructure platform to prospective clients across banking, fintech, Web3, and enterprise. Deliver tailored technical demos, workshops, and PoCs; design scalable and compliant solution integrations; and lead technical responses to RFPs. Partner with Product, R&D, and Security to address feedback, guide onboarding, and help customers integrate MPC-based wallet infrastructure and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Sales Directors to deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
•Assess client requirements and design technical solutions integrating Fireblocks into clients’ digital asset operations while meeting scalability, security, and compliance needs.
•Present in-depth technical content to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
•Guide clients through onboarding and ensure seamless integration with Fireblocks’ MPC-based Wallet Infrastructure and APIs.
•Lead technical responses to RFPs and work with Product, R&D, and Security to incorporate customer feedback into solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 80,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical pre-sales role in SaaS, fintech, blockchain, or cybersecurity.
•Familiarity with financial services workflows and Web3 infrastructure, including blockchain-based transaction models such as custody, settlement, or token issuance.
•Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and security technologies.
•Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
•Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
