Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs/offers, and referring clients to branch team members or specialists.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions to clients’ unique needs.
