Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications and system design for Finance IT systems.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration to automate accounting and finance processes using AI tools and standard Workday/ERP practices.
  • •Act as primary liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT teams, coordinating requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
  • •Contribute to IT roadmap and Workday feature rollout, including new modules and major releases.
  • •Organize and participate in agile ceremonies, oversee test planning, and guide QA efforts to ensure high-quality implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • •Minimum 3+ years of direct IT Finance implementations or operations as a Business Systems Analyst
  • •Experience with Workday Finance module and other ERPs
  • •Strong AI experience with Claude, Gemini, Co-pilot
  • •Good knowledge of databases, SQL queries, and Python scripting
