Job Summary

Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting Snowflake’s Finance IT systems, translating business needs into functional specifications, and coordinating between Finance stakeholders and IT/developers. You’ll drive Workday Finance and ERP integrations, apply AI tools to automate processes, and contribute to IT roadmaps while ensuring high-quality, scalable finance solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications and system design for Finance IT systems.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration to automate accounting and finance processes using AI tools and standard Workday/ERP practices.
•Act as primary liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT teams, coordinating requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
•Contribute to IT roadmap and Workday feature rollout, including new modules and major releases.
•Organize and participate in agile ceremonies, oversee test planning, and guide QA efforts to ensure high-quality implementations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science (or equivalent)
•Minimum 3+ years of direct IT Finance implementations or operations as a Business Systems Analyst
•Experience with Workday Finance module and other ERPs
•Strong AI experience with Claude, Gemini, Co-pilot
•Good knowledge of databases, SQL queries, and Python scripting
