Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project management leadership for large-scale utility infrastructure projects, ensuring task ownership, schedule accountability, delivery milestones, and contractual compliance across power delivery scopes.
  • •Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, earned value, and hours/expenses; monitor risks and contingencies and support successful delivery of assigned project portfolios.
  • •Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies for clients, internal leadership, engineering teams, contractors, and regulators, including timely status and risk reporting.
  • •Lead pursuit/initiation and project startup support activities, including Go/No-Go guidance, contract/commercial reviews, pricing strategies, delivery risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
  • •Mentor and coach project managers, engineers, and support staff; enforce technical/constructability and QA/QC expectations, maintain governance/documentation, and lead project closeout and recovery reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical), Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or related technical discipline, or equivalent A/E/C/utility/EPC experience.
  • •15+ years of progressive post-education experience in project management or senior technical leadership, preferably supporting power delivery and utility capital projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of the A/E/C and utility project delivery lifecycle from proposal through closeout, including proposal development, initiation, engineering coordination, procurement support, construction execution, commissioning, and closeout.
  • •Advanced analytical and organizational skills with commercial acumen across project controls, financial performance, and risk management.
  • •Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with executive leadership, utility clients, contractors, regulators, and multi-disciplinary teams.
