•Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heat exchangers per production schedules.
•Disassemble and reassemble units, wash plates, and clip or glue gaskets as needed.
•Move equipment between factory areas and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
•Prepare technical reports at equipment arrival, during work, and after completion, including photographic documentation using Word.
•Operate the Effluent Treatment Station (ETE) and ensure proper treatment of effluents following operating procedures.
