  • •Lead a growing team of civil, environmental, and water resource engineers and mentor staff for growth and development
  • •Drive key metrics for utilization, billability, hiring, safety, and project financials to support local/regional goals
  • •Support market expansion strategies for Civil and Water Resources services in Florida (Gainesville/Jacksonville)
  • •Lead business development activities including proposals, client engagement, and identifying new opportunities
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for clients and maintain long-term relationships
