•Design and implement modular, high-performance websites that are scalable, accessible, responsive, and optimized for a global audience.
•Evaluate and implement ethical AI agents and AI-enabled development workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining high code quality.
•Build complex features and mentor junior developers via code reviews and best practices for AI tool usage and component library customization.
•Customize content workflows using Sanity and contribute to seamless developer experience.
•Develop on AWS and Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK), manage deployments with S3 and CloudFront, and lead a test-driven approach using unit tests and end-to-end frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 105,000 - 130,000 annually

•Extensive experience building production-grade websites with Astro, React, and TypeScript, with strong knowledge of web performance, SEO/GEO, and modern browser APIs.
•Proven experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, and willingness to experiment with modern AI web technologies (e.g., CopilotKit, AG-UI protocol, AI SDKs).
•Experience with headless CMS platforms, with significant advantage in Sanity.
•Mature-level knowledge of Tailwind CSS and experience maintaining design systems using component libraries like Preline, Flowbite, or DaisyUI.
•Demonstrated AWS experience (S3, CloudFront, IAM) and strong Infrastructure as Code skills using AWS CDK.
