Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute new product introduction builds across all work centers.
  • •Program, load, and operate automated equipment.
  • •Triage non-conforming products and drive resolution and preventative actions.
  • •Resolve production issues while ensuring design integrity, product quality, and delivery timelines.
  • •Perform process development and validation on new models and transition products from development to volume production.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/equivalency plus 2+ years in a hands-on manufacturing environment, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science.
  • •Ability to program, load, and operate automated manufacturing equipment in support of production builds.
  • •Experience producing hardware meeting J-STD-001 Class 2 and IPC-A-610 Class 2 (or equivalent).
  • •Experience with electrical tests, including in-circuit and/or bed-of-nails testing.
  • •Availability for the specified shift schedule (C shift or D shift) and ability to perform required physical tasks (including lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted).
