Key Responsibilities

  • •Pulling-through of order intake from existing customers & contracts
  • •Identifying & winning new work and building relationships with new customers
  • •Leading a cross-functional team and adapting their programme plans & priorities to address resource and operational changes
  • •Managing the budget, performance and results of their team
  • •Maintaining the project management weekly/monthly activities to help successfully lead a proactive team

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 45,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive project management fundamentals experience (full lifecycle management, bidding, capturing and delivering)
  • •Proven experience leading multiple concurrent projects and overseeing the performance of project teams
  • •Recognised professional project management qualifications (e.g., APMP/PMQ) and relevant degree‑level education, or equivalent senior‑level experience
  • •Ability to manage budgets and oversee project performance
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional teams and adapt programme plans & priorities to address resource and operational changes
