Key Responsibilities

  • •Help individuals, teams and the wider organisation understand and embrace an Agile mindset.
  • •Guide, coach and mentor teams on Agile ways of working to achieve success in complex environments.
  • •Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and remove barriers between stakeholders and the team.
  • •Ensure teams and organisations adhere to Agile theory and practices, using an empirical approach to complex work.
  • •Support team effectiveness through self-organisation, removing impediments, and facilitating team events and ceremonies.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide hands-on coaching and advice to at least one team that you are not directly responsible for.
  • •Lead and coach a department or small business-unit in Agile adoption and implementation.
  • •Facilitate the wider Agile/Scrum community within your organisation.
  • •Interact confidently with senior stakeholders and mentor different Scrum/Agile techniques.
  • •Have understanding or experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe and Nexus.
