Join TikTok’s Europe Tax team to support direct tax advisory, governance, compliance, and controversy across multiple European countries. Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and collate data for direct tax filings across multiple European countries and ensure technical accuracy of externally prepared returns.
•Support central tax reporting requirements and review local tax accounting calculations.
•Manage direct tax payments including forecasting and installment calculations.
•Support end-to-end tax controls and processes, and provide specialist local tax insights as a business partner.
•Drive tax projects (e.g., Pillar 2, e-commerce, financing, DSTs) and monitor legislation to assess impact and recommend solutions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in industry or a multinational accounting firm.
•Experience in European direct tax advisory and governance.
•Ability to own projects and manage input from various tax vendors across Europe.
•Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external vendors.
•Strong attention to detail, technical research mindset, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
