Key Responsibilities

  • •Own QRS staffing infrastructure, including headcount planning, recruiting coordination, demand/supply forecasting, and charge code governance.
  • •Build tooling and processes to enable efficient resource allocation as the organization scales.
  • •Manage QRS’s physical footprint across multiple facilities, including space planning, seating coordination, and neighborhood management.
  • •Own and produce weekly leadership updates, monthly operations meeting content, and cross-divisional reporting.
  • •Lead operational special projects end-to-end, defining problems and delivering solutions from concept through implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or a business analyst role.
  • •Experience operating in a high-growth technology company, or starting a venture, is heavily considered.
  • •Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to execute analyses in Excel or SQL.
  • •Comfort communicating broadly and supporting senior leadership with clear frameworks and structured problem-solving.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
