Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise technicians and coordinate heat treatment activities to support manufacturing and maintenance operations.
  • •Develop heat treatment cycles/work instructions and support welding qualification and procedure development.
  • •Analyze casting defects and metallurgical samples, including preparation and imaging inspection, and share findings with engineers.
  • •Define and monitor preheating, PWHT, stress relieving, and thermal process controls (furnace temperatures, soaking times, cooling rates, quenching).
  • •Support failure investigation methodologies and operate failure analysis equipment while maintaining compliance with AL TAIF QHSE standards and risk procedures.
