Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain People Analytics dashboards, reporting solutions, and data products across the employee lifecycle (hiring, attrition, performance, organizational effectiveness).
•Design and maintain scalable SQL models and reporting pipelines to produce reliable, business-ready insights.
•Automate manual reporting processes and use analytics/technology to improve operational efficiency.
•Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and business stakeholders to translate questions into analytical solutions and outcomes.
•Build self-service reporting solutions, including Workday reports/workbooks and Tableau visualizations, and explore AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related analytical roles.
•Strong SQL skills with experience working with large datasets, preferably in Google BigQuery (GCP); exposure to Amazon Athena or similar cloud platforms is advantageous.
•Experience building dashboards and analytics products using Tableau or equivalent BI platforms.
•Experience using Python for reporting automation, data transformation, or analytical workflows is preferred.
