•Build the European commercial organization and establish operating discipline to become Europe’s leading sequencing partner
•Lead and grow the regional team to deliver durable revenue growth and expand strategic customer relationships
•Build systems, accountability, forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional coordination to scale the business
•Develop and coach a high-performing team, hiring and retaining top commercial talent
•Collaborate across geographies (commercial, marketing, operations, support, and labs) to ensure aligned priorities and strong communication

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience building and leading commercial teams across Europe (UK, Germany, and other key markets) with a track record of growth
•Deep understanding of genomics, sequencing, and the customers who rely on these technologies
•Strong sales forecasting, pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and revenue growth execution
•Ability to scale organizations, build systems and operating rhythms, and drive cross-functional alignment
•Excellent relationship-building with strategic accounts and ability to translate strategy into measurable results
