Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and tailor BIM standards and BIM Execution Plans aligned with industry standards and client requirements.
  • •Administer the project CDE, including structures, permissions, metadata, workflows, and integrations.
  • •Oversee BIM kickoff meetings and day-to-day BIM production by internal and external teams to agreed LoD/Information requirements.
  • •Run model coordination activities (clash detection, issue triage, model health scoring) and ensure timely remediation.
  • •Provide hands-on production support with Revit, automation roadmap execution using Dynamo/Revit API, and monthly KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant BIM/digital delivery experience, or Associate’s degree with 10 years, or high school diploma with 10 years.
  • •7+ years of direct experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work.
  • •Hands-on proficiency in Revit to produce and correct model content across multiple disciplines.
  • •Experience developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans and QA/QC frameworks.
  • •Knowledge of BIM standards and experience with model coordination and clash detection.
