Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with development, alignment, and implementation of commodity strategies across Applied Business Units.
  • •Analyze supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, or lead time and drive resolution.
  • •Use Databricks, SQL, and Tableau to build reports and solutions, including metrics, dashboards, and analyses for key business decisions.
  • •Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of business intelligence reports and implement new reports within established frameworks.
  • •Support end users by training on reporting access, analyzing reporting needs, and collaborating on data warehouses and data sources.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete a 24-month rotational program and be prepared to complete the full program.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Good academic standing with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
  • •Proficiency in developing effective executive reports and presentations and using Microsoft Office tools.
  • •Strong communication, quantitative/qualitative skills, and the ability to handle multiple assignments while problem-solving creatively and analytically.
