Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the category management process including assortments, pricing, offers, and supply for the local market
  • •Monitor economic performance of assigned departments across sales, gross margin, and profit and loss aligning with commercial strategy
  • •Implement the commercial strategy and pricing guidelines, including category plans
  • •Provide input to operations on flows, tools, templates, fixtures and related systems
  • •Review and resolve supplier issues to ensure alignment with local needs
  • •Define and maintain local assortment and coordinate with regional contracts

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5+ years of experience in progressive development and management of multiple product categories within large retailers (FMCG) in an international setting
  • •Experience building and leading cross-functional teams and projects at scale
  • •Very detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize and deliver solutions
  • •Willingness to take on hands-on tasks to ensure project success, including warehouse floor work or customer calls
  • •Excellent analytical and communication skills with hands-on use of multiple tools, plus strong interpersonal and intercultural abilities
