Key Responsibilities

•Own the category management process including assortments, pricing, offers, and supply for the local market
•Monitor economic performance of assigned departments across sales, gross margin, and profit and loss aligning with commercial strategy
•Implement the commercial strategy and pricing guidelines, including category plans
•Provide input to operations on flows, tools, templates, fixtures and related systems
•Review and resolve supplier issues to ensure alignment with local needs
•Define and maintain local assortment and coordinate with regional contracts

Key Requirements

•At least 5+ years of experience in progressive development and management of multiple product categories within large retailers (FMCG) in an international setting
•Experience building and leading cross-functional teams and projects at scale
•Very detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize and deliver solutions
•Willingness to take on hands-on tasks to ensure project success, including warehouse floor work or customer calls
•Excellent analytical and communication skills with hands-on use of multiple tools, plus strong interpersonal and intercultural abilities
