Support ASML’s Global Mobility Expertise team by helping structure and optimize immigration policies and guidance. Contribute to process improvement, reporting, and transparency enhancements across expert and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Support initiatives that strengthen immigration governance, knowledge management, and collaboration within Global Mobility.
•Structure and optimize immigration policies and guidance to improve information accessibility and usability.
•Create and maintain high-level knowledge documents on immigration-related topics.
•Translate complex legal and regulatory information into clear, user-friendly guidance.
•Map immigration notification and posting requirements across European Union countries (excluding the Netherlands) and support process improvement, reporting, and transparency enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills to structure information logically and accessibly.
•Excellent written communication skills in English.
•Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Interest in immigration, compliance, global mobility, or governance topics.
