Key Responsibilities

  • •Support initiatives that strengthen immigration governance, knowledge management, and collaboration within Global Mobility.
  • •Structure and optimize immigration policies and guidance to improve information accessibility and usability.
  • •Create and maintain high-level knowledge documents on immigration-related topics.
  • •Translate complex legal and regulatory information into clear, user-friendly guidance.
  • •Map immigration notification and posting requirements across European Union countries (excluding the Netherlands) and support process improvement, reporting, and transparency enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical skills to structure information logically and accessibly.
  • •Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • •Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • •Interest in immigration, compliance, global mobility, or governance topics.
