Job Summary

Join the Growth team to develop and productionize attribution and predictive algorithms that drive business growth. You’ll build and own key models such as marketing mix and multichannel attribution, plus CAC/LTV-related forecasting. Design and analyze experiments (A/B and multivariate) and collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners. Use Python and statistical toolkits to deliver production-ready models and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, test, and productionize attribution and predictive algorithms using machine learning and optimization models.
•Build and own models across attribution modeling, CAC/mCAC, LTV prediction, marketing mix modeling, and multichannel attribution/testing.
•Design experiments and interpret results to produce detailed, actionable conclusions for digital products.
•Develop, test, and own production marketing attribution models to improve budgeting and marketing efficiency.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role outside academia/internships, preferably in FMCG or fintech.
•At least an MSc (preferably a PhD) in a scientific discipline such as Physics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
•Strong knowledge of statistical inference, Bayesian statistics, causal inference, time series analysis, and mathematical optimization.
•Extensive experience with multichannel attribution modeling and marketing mix modeling.
•Proficiency in statistical programming (Python) plus tools like Pandas, SciPy, XGBoost, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, and PyMC3; SQL and end-to-end model development/productionalization.
