Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by leading from the sales floor and inspiring associates.
  • •Deliver an excellent customer experience, build loyal customer relationships, and embody the brand values as a brand ambassador.
  • •Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores through service evaluation and NPS.
  • •Oversee inventory accuracy and controls, including cycle counts, inbound/outbound tracking, and inventory accuracy metrics.
