Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the EDA Data Controls Management function, governance routines, and overall control environment for SOX and ITGC execution.
  • •Serve as EDA SOX Champion and primary contact for audit partners; coordinate audit planning, walkthroughs, testing, evidence collection, issue resolution, and remediation through closure.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and deliver controls automation opportunities across EDA applications to reduce manual effort and improve scalability; maintain automation roadmaps and track benefits.
  • •Serve as EDA Workstream Lead for the ARMOR Digital Solutions Program, driving governance, roadmap execution, executive communications, and application assessments and retirement activities.
  • •Lead and develop compliance professionals/analysts/contractors and project resources; coach for performance, accountability, career growth, and succession readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year/graduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •10+ years of job-related experience (or 8-10 years leadership) in SOX, ITGC, compliance, audit, risk management, data controls, or governance.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of SOX Compliance, IT General Controls (ITGC), audit management, risk & controls frameworks, process improvement, SDLC governance, and controls automation.
  • •Experience working with internal/external audit, compliance, technology, and business organizations; experience with transformation, application modernization, or decommissioning programs.
