Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Customer Success Managers across customer success and operational excellence activities.
  • •Prepare demonstrations, presentations, and videos for customer meetings and workshops to enable knowledge transfer.
  • •Develop and edit digital content, including videos, landing pages, and presentation materials for sales and enablement.
  • •Drive best-practice development and identify measures to optimize operational processes.
  • •Assist with reporting, onboarding of new tools, administrative tasks, and customer success coordination for workshops and implementation activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student and remaining enrolled for at least 12 more months.
  • •Relevant field in business processes and/or technologies (open to any discipline if motivated).

  • •Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
