Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide business process based solutions to complex problems and act as a process SME for moderate-budget or short-to-intermediate projects.
  • •Work with project teams and lines of business to analyze and develop solutions that satisfy business needs; consult on complex projects under general direction.
  • •Develop and implement data collection plans and provide process improvement recommendations using process maps, data collection, and root-cause analysis.
  • •Facilitate and document project meetings and design sessions, including process mapping sessions to ensure accurate documentation.
  • •Manage small project initiatives with limited scope and prioritize responsibilities to balance initiatives and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or technology (or equivalent education and professional experience).
  • •Four years of process or project analyst (or relevant) experience in banking, financial services, or other services industries.
  • •Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply problem-solving toolsets to create process improvement deliverables.
  • •Proficiency in business process management (BPM) standards for mapping and in process mapping and/or process modeling.
  • •Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, plus strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
