•Embed with key customers to understand onboarding, KYB, and compliance workflows, translating pain points into technical solutions such as custom integrations, new API endpoints, or workflow tweaks.
•Design and deploy customer-specific configurations, integrations with third-party compliance and identity vendors, and custom data pipelines across the full lifecycle from scoping to production.
•Bring customer insights back to the core product team, helping shape the roadmap based on field feedback and identified patterns.
•Debug production issues in real time and troubleshoot complex vendor integrations across 80+ providers to ensure reliable operation for customers.
•Scale successful patterns into reusable tooling and runbooks, while documenting processes to accelerate future deployments.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems that users rely on.
•Strong backend fundamentals with proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Go, Java, Node.js).
•Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
•Comfortable in customer-facing scenarios, able to translate business language into technical requirements and vice versa.
•Hands-on cloud experience (AWS preferred, GCP or Azure also acceptable) and familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and modern deployment practices.
