Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of security enhancement initiatives, strengthening governance, policies, and controls across operations.
  • •Oversee day-to-day security operations across all sites, including control room activities, surveillance, and access management.
  • •Manage security for contractors and third parties by enforcing security clearance, access control, tracking, and monitoring processes.
  • •Oversee investigation of security breaches, information leaks, and non-compliance incidents, ensuring escalation and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Oversee maintenance, testing, inspections, compliance, security training/awareness, and emergency response coordination, including people management of security superintendents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Professional certifications in Security/Risk/Crisis Management (preferred).
  • •10+ years of experience in security operations and risk management, preferably in industrial or critical infrastructure environments.
  • •5–7+ years in managerial roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of physical and personnel security frameworks, insider risk management, and access control systems.
