Job Summary

Own Riverside’s affiliate and performance-partnership programs end to end, recruiting and activating partners across PartnerStack, Rewardful, and impact.com. Build affiliate/referral/revenue-share programs from scratch, scale what performs, and partner with Paid Acquisition, Creative, Product, and CS to keep messaging cohesive. Lead attribution and reporting across the funnel to drive pipeline and revenue with measurable performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Riverside’s affiliate and performance-partnership programs end to end across PartnerStack, Rewardful, and impact.com.
•Recruit partners and activate them so they get live and convert quickly.
•Build affiliate, referral, and revenue-share programs from scratch where none exist and scale the ones that perform.
•Collaborate with Paid Acquisition, Creative, Product, and CS to keep messaging cohesive across teams.
•Own attribution and reporting across the funnel to prove pipeline and revenue.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or performance/channel marketing, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of scaling programs and delivering results.
•Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms including PartnerStack, Rewardful, and impact.com, covering tracking, attribution, and payouts.
•Experience driving partner activation—getting partners live and converting, not only signing them.
•Strong understanding of performance marketing and how affiliate and channel decisions map to pipeline and revenue.
•Builder mindset with strong stakeholder management, comfortable creating programs from scratch and aligning internal teams, external partners, and platform reps; full English proficiency.
