Senior Manager, Data Science

Lead the development and enhancement of predictive customer progression models across the full data science lifecycle, including design, training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Analyze large-scale customer, transactional, digital, and third-party datasets to generate actionable insights, and design controlled experiments (A/B testing). Partner with Product, Operations, Strategy, and Data Engineering to build scalable data and modeling infrastructure while communicating outcomes and influencing strategy. Mentor a team of data scientists.
