Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and control logistics operation activities, including shipment clearance and monitoring/tracking.
  • •Arrange inbound and outbound shipment arrangements and ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Develop reports on products/material movements and operational logistics issues, updating stakeholders on shipment status.
  • •Create operational procedures and method statements, and assess existing logistics systems to recommend corrective measures.
  • •Support logistics planning for new operations, monitor material movement to prevent damage, and assist in HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience with 3 years relevant logistics experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • •Knowledge of import and export documentation for shipments.
  • •Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, with ability to manage logistics efficiently.
