Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a world-class onboarding experience for newest Vehicle Transporters over a 2-week training period.
  • •Serve as the primary trainer for maneuvering, maintaining, and operating car trailers and related logistics equipment.
  • •Teach new hires how to safely load vehicles onto a 9-car hauler while keeping customer vehicles free of damage.
  • •Conduct ongoing education and evaluations of current drivers when not running formal sessions.
  • •Collaborate with multiple Logistics Managers to transition drivers from training to on-the-job work, and support other projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a CDL class A with a clean driving record and 2+ years of CDL driving experience (vehicle hauling preferred).
  • •Maintain a DOT Medical card.
  • •Comfort teaching both classroom and hands-on training for trailer and logistics equipment operation.
  • •Be able to safely load vehicles onto a 9-car hauler and prevent customer vehicle damage.
  • •Have strong communication skills and the ability to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to new hires.
