Job Summary

Provide second-line managed security services by proactively monitoring client security infrastructures and systems. Review tickets and requests, resolve incidents and medium-complexity problems without breaching SLAs, and restore service through investigation and coordination. Maintain and improve network service processes (routing/switching, LAN/WAN, wireless, SD-WAN), manage critical incident communication, deliver performance reporting, and support upgrades including OS patching.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor client requests/tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve incidents and requests without breaching SLAs.
•Identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems to restore service.
•Maintain and improve performance of service-related processes and implement improvement activities.
•Take accountability for service delivery performance, reporting regularly to management, and driving future demand.
•Lead performance assessment, training, and mentoring; supervise Network Support teams and ensure timely OS updates and patches.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•Hands-on experience with Routing & Switching, LAN Management, WAN Management, Wireless Operation, and SD-WAN.
•Take ownership of critical incidents: coordinate resolution parties, communicate effectively, and contribute to post-incident reviews.
•Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies support outstanding service delivery and meet customer expectations under SLA.
•Relevant certifications are required; CCNA must, and CCNP in Security or PCNSE are good to have.
