Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively monitor client requests/tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve incidents and requests without breaching SLAs.
  • •Identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems to restore service.
  • •Maintain and improve performance of service-related processes and implement improvement activities.
  • •Take accountability for service delivery performance, reporting regularly to management, and driving future demand.
  • •Lead performance assessment, training, and mentoring; supervise Network Support teams and ensure timely OS updates and patches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
  • •Hands-on experience with Routing & Switching, LAN Management, WAN Management, Wireless Operation, and SD-WAN.
  • •Take ownership of critical incidents: coordinate resolution parties, communicate effectively, and contribute to post-incident reviews.
  • •Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies support outstanding service delivery and meet customer expectations under SLA.
  • •Relevant certifications are required; CCNA must, and CCNP in Security or PCNSE are good to have.
