Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in negotiation, drafting, and monitoring of group and third-party contracts across the region’s markets (e.g., distribution, raw material supply, marketing contracts, NDAs).
  • •Track and record contracts and amendments in group databases.
  • •Support contract management by drafting letters of formal notice or termination and renewal amendments.
  • •Help with governance and corporate law topics for French and foreign subsidiaries (e.g., PoAs, approvals, creation of subsidiaries/branches, transfer of shares, DoAs).
  • •Support compliance implementation and monitor pre-litigation/litigation while conducting business law legal research.

Key Requirements

  • •Master II student or trainee lawyer in business law / international business law (double degree or LLM appreciated).
  • •Solid legal training in business law or international business law.
  • •At least 6 months of experience in the legal departments of major companies and/or international business law firms.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in another language is a plus.
  • •Strong writing skills and the ability to work in a team with flexibility, proactivity, autonomy, and rigor.
