Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead vehicle software-based projects, designing and driving project structure using knowledge of Embedded OS, Android Automotive, Middleware, and Vehicle APIs.
  • •Ensure interface consistency across Vehicle API, service layer, and application layer.
  • •Manage integrated schedules that include OS-level issues such as OTA, security, power state, and network.
  • •Handle software architecture-based planning and risk management, including dependency identification/removal strategies and preemptive technical risk mitigation across MCU–AP–Cloud.
  • •Operate Agile engineering execution using tools such as JIRA/Confluence, manage milestones, lead gate reviews, and drive cross-functional technical mediation and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (electronics engineering, computer engineering, and related majors preferred).
  • •5–10 years of experience as a Software Product/Project Manager in the automotive industry or an IT company.
  • •Experience with one or more: Embedded OS (FreeRTOS/RTOS), Android Automotive, Vehicle Middleware/Vehicle API design, or ECU–AP integrated development.
  • •Experience leading projects based on software architecture understanding.
  • •Risk management and schedule coordination experience in system integration environments, plus the ability to structure and communicate complex technical issues.
