Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support technicians in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns and guide complex repairs.
  • •Perform advanced diagnostics and execute repairs across engine, transmission, brakes, HVAC, electrical, and driveline systems.
  • •Assist the shop manager with prioritizing workloads, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and communicating repair status.
  • •Ensure repairs meet quality standards and manufacturer specifications, including quality inspections and verification of workmanship.
  • •Mentor and train apprentice and entry-level technicians while adhering to OSHA, environmental, and high-voltage safety procedures.

Key Requirements
