Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the conversational AI assistant platform layer: reasoning, retrieval, routing, knowledge/capabilities, actions, and evaluation systems for safety and accuracy at scale.
  • •Set product direction and deliver a multi-quarter vision; align with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • •Build new end-to-end capabilities from identifying needs through hands-on delivery and calibration with human input.
  • •Define what a correct, complete resolution looks like for different user problems and align engineering, policy, and knowledge partners around that definition.
  • •Own evaluation strategy and launch readiness for major model/platform changes using offline and live-traffic testing, calibration/certification, and supporting tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years building technology products, including at least 5 years in product management or a closely related technical role where you owned product direction.
  • •Direct experience shipping generative AI/ML products to production, ideally including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic or function-calling architectures, and evaluation systems.
  • •Hands-on technical depth: you can read and debug prompts, understand ML/engineering constraints, and personally author artifacts that shape production behavior.
  • •Data fluency: work directly with production data, validate analyses end to end, and diagnose when results look wrong.
  • •Depth in LLM evaluation: designed, calibrated, or certified automated model-based evaluations and can translate quality signals into measurable diagnostics.
